Oliver forms an impromptu Suicide Squad with a very apologetic and cooperative Deathstroke, Merlyn, Nyssa, and Digger Harkness.  Betrayals, faked betrayals, and epic battles ensue as Adrian loses hostages and Oliver seems to be getting the upper hand.  Half the team goes in search of an escape and half goes in search of William.  Merlyn proves there was some good fathering in him after all, so Team escape makes it to a plane only to discover that Adrian is a walking kill switch for the entire island.  Oliver finds him and rescues his boy, but Chase kills himself just to blow up the island, leaving the viewers with the mystery of who, other than Oliver and William made it off the island.

We learn that HR face-swapped with Iris a while back, so he’s actually the one who dies instead.  But with Iris West-Allen’s future changing, the time loop is closing in on Barry.  Vibe is forced to modify the Speed Force Bazooka into a Time Splintering device so Savitar can literally be everywhere at once, thus fulfilling his dreams of God-hood.  In a final showdown, Caitlin comes to her senses in time to help Team Flash, and Vibe sabotages the device.  Also, Barry kicks Savitar around a good bit.  With that problem under control, Caitlin leaves to go find her new self.  All is well until the Speed Force gets Earthquake-Level Angry and Barry has to sacrifice himself to keep the Earth safe.

After kicking Superman’s butt and getting him back on the right team, Supergirl challenges Rhea to a battle for Earth.  Lillian, Lena, and Winn team up to make a Lead dispersing backup plan.  After getting some Cat Grant pick-me-up advice, Supergirl heads to the fight while the Martians defend the city.  She starts to lose when it is revealed that Rhea’s blood is Kryptonite-soaked, so Supergirl says a tearful goodbye to Mon el before killing all of the other Daxamites and shipping him off to who-knows-where.  He gets hijacked, and it turns out Cat knew who Kara was the whole time.
