This podcast brings you DC Studios news and reviews with honest commentary. We debunk rumors, disregard scoopers, and cover the DC multiverse across film and television including Superman, Creature Commandos, Peacemaker, Supergirl, Lanterns, Man of Tomorrow, The Batman Part II and whatever else comes our way! NSFW. Est. 2015.
Let's discuss that THR article and what we actually know about what it's actually reporting. In an attempt to calm nerves and quiet fanbase unrest, Dave gets into the rejection of the latest Patty Jenkins/Geoff Johns Wonder Woman 3 script, the long list of rumors, and the pile of conjecture that this article presents.
We're entering the age of DC Studios! On this episode we discuss the Happy Sad Confused interview Henry Cavill did with Josh Horowitz, Henry's reason for choosing the Man of Steel costume for his Black Adam appearance, Zack Snyder's clear support and cryptic statements, and of course the appointment of James Gunn and Peter Safran to lead the newly minted DC Studios!
We also talk about the retooling of HBOMax's Green Lantern series which is now featuring John Stewart as lead, the new showrunner for Matt Reeves' Arkham Asylum series, and new faces coming to Doom Patrol!
We talk Ben Affleck still producing 'Batman', WB gettin' WOKE and we have LOTS of messages from friends, fans, and fellow podcasters (they're all our friends)!
