Barry and Harry can try to recreate the particle accelerator explosion that gave Barry his powers, but it might also kill him. Meanwhile, Cisco gets to meet his brother Dante’s doppleganger, and lacky of Zoom’s who goes by the name Rupture and who seeks revenge on Cisco for killing Reverb, Cisco’s E2 doppleganger.
